First Steps Program

We recently ran a 3-week pre-employment program through First Steps for 4 young Indigenous trainees. They have now graduated from this program and been employed as trade assistants for the first 3 months and will then be offered traineeships to undertake a Cert IV in Construction. the crew enjoyed an introductory lunch with the DDR team.
